My Purpose and Goals

Through Ride For Refuge I am raising money for Engineering Ministries International (eMi), a non-profit Christian development organization mobilizing architects, engineers and other design professionals who donate their skills to help children and families around the world step out of poverty and into a world of hope.

My goal is to ride 200 miles in the month of October, culminating with a 30 mile bike ride with a team of friends and family. For that I would like to raise $1000. That's $5 for every mile I ride. The more you give the more I ride. Can you help me reach my goal? The deadline is October 31, so click the link below start supporting me now!

Slow Start

October has proven to be a busy eventful month for me.  Between traveling for fun to Seattle and for work to Connecticut and some rainy evenings this past week I have not gotten in as many miles as I would have liked.  However I will persevere.  I have plans for a long bike ride tomorrow and I plan to start riding to work this week.  Hopefully the weather cooperates.  You can help me on my way by donating money to my cause and encouraging me to keep riding!
